Hi I'm Mark!
I've spent the last 15 years working for Apple Inc. in London and my hometown of Cambridge. I loved my time there since it gave me the opportunity to meet so many wonderful customers, and change their lives through technology.
During my time at Apple Inc. I was a trainer. This involved 121 and group sessions with a variety of age groups, and learning requirements.
I live in the centre of Cambridge, with my young family. And this business is giving me the opportunity to spend more quality time with them.

I'm delighted with the service Mark has given. My 2012 iMac has died and Apple Support said it was a hardware problem.
I was on the point of sending it for recycling, but emailed The Apple Guy just in case.
The results is the after 10 days my iMac is back with me, running better than new, and I'm so pleased I went to Mark.
